Damaged or defective mugs:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Received the wrong item:
If we sent you the wrong mug, contact us within 7 days. We’ll send the correct item right away and provide a return label for the incorrect one.
Quality issues or printing defects:
Email us with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve it within 24 hours.
Important: Because each Coffee & Words mug is custom-printed specifically for you after you order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or if you simply don’t like the design after receiving it. Please review product images and descriptions carefully before ordering.
