Shipping Information

Production Time: Coffee & Words LLC operates on a print-on-demand model. Each mug is created especially for you after you place your order. Production typically takes 2-4 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Method: All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Our shipping prices are calculated to cover actual shipping costs without additional markup.

Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the continental United States.

Shipping Timeframes:

  • Production: 2-4 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days after production
  • Total estimated delivery: 4-9 business days from order date

Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Our Commitment to Quality: We want you to love your Coffee & Words mugs. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your mug arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at whatsbrewing@coffeeandwords.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Print-on-Demand Policy: Because each mug is custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or if you simply don’t like the design after receiving it. Please review product images and descriptions carefully before ordering.

Wrong Item Received: If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item at no charge and provide a return label for the incorrect item.

Personalized/Custom Orders: Custom or personalized mugs cannot be returned unless there is an error in production or the item arrives damaged. Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking shows delivery, Coffee & Words is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your order and making arrangements for package receipt if you will not be home.

If tracking shows your package was not delivered or is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to file a claim with USPS.

Address Changes

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect address, and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
