Signature Word Story Style™ is proprietary to Coffee & Words LLC. All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, Signature Word Story Style definitions, mug designs, and blog content, is the property of Coffee & Words (Tracy McCormick-Dishman) and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Authorized Use: When you purchase a Coffee & Words mug, you receive a physical product for personal use. This does not grant you rights to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the designs or Word Story Style definitions.
Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
Print-on-Demand Model: Our products are created on demand after you place your order. Production typically takes 2-4 business days before shipping begins.
Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
All Coffee & Words mugs are 14-ounce ceramic mugs designed to stack together to create complete narrative word stories. Colors may vary slightly due to printing processes and screen display differences.
For personalized or customized orders, you are responsible for providing accurate information. We are not responsible for errors in personalization that result from information you provide. Custom orders may not be eligible for returns.

Coffee & Words LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to our website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
