After moving to Florida, Tracy McCormick-Dishman began documenting her healing journey through morning coffee rituals at local shops across Northeast Florida. She discovered that the magic happened in three parts: the coffee itself (the anchor), the pause between sips (the space to breathe), and the words that emerged (the truth she was learning to speak).
