It was New Year’s morning, 2025, and as I sat with my lovingly brewed coffee (current favorite: locally roasted beans from my three-year “coffee journey”), contemplating what adventures the year might hold, I asked myself a simple question: “What do I like?”

The answer was right there in my hands – coffee and words. It was a lightbulb moment that brought together my love for precise language (occupational hazard of being an editor), my passion for discovering the perfect cup of coffee, and my belief that everyday moments can hold deeper meaning.
